 On behalf of the Upper Cumberland Veteran's Hall I would like to welcome all of you this morning for this time of remembering the soldiers who have served their country and have gone on to their glorious rewards.  But because there is a power greater than any soldier or even any army, we owe our first allegiance to God, so we begin our memorial with prayer.  I'd like to to ask Ronald Dishman the Overton Co. historian to open our service.
