An annual festival celebrating Springs first GREENS offering... POKE!

For years Tennesseans have emerged from a winter of canned vegetables to eagerly harvest natures free bounty.

Come visit the festival first hand. See displays of arts and crafts and listen to country and blue grass music. Experience events such as a car show, a Miss Poke Sallet beauty contest, horse and buggy rides, a Poke Eating contest and the annual outhouse race. There are also quilt shows, historical displays and a four wheeler give away.

Each year over 100 booths display a wide variety of handmade goods, food, and other items for the shopping pleasures of thousands of visitors.
